The Milligan Pipes and Drums are based at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 1/42, in "the Beach" neighborhood of Toronto. 

We are a community or “street” band focused on assisting community organizations with their parades and celebrations. 

We are also a teaching band, focused on teaching pipers and drummers of all ages, particularly new learners and those musicians who are not competition oriented.

We practice in a smoke free environment where children and teenagers are welcome. Come join us and play in our relaxed, encouraging environment!
