The Band is named in honour of the late Harry Milligan of Markham, Ontario, who at some time had tutored most of the original band members
Bill McAllister, a long time Milligan member, passed away on October 12, 2008. We have dedicated a page to Bill to recognize his contribution to the band over the years.
